Contract Attorney Opportunity
Goodnight Law Firm is a growing practice committed to providing high-quality legal services while supporting attorney flexibility and autonomy. We are seeking a Contract Attorney to join our team and assist with client matters in family law, business law, civil litigation, estate planning, or probate. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to grow their practice with minimal overhead.
Contract attorneys may work remotely or from our office, except when court appearances are required. Our percentage-based compensation model allows attorneys to control their caseload and income.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Texas attorney with strong organizational and communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own caseload, and maintaining professional boundaries with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Appear in court and manage assigned cases.
Draft pleadings and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic input.
Review case files and client materials.
Court and virtual hearing appearances may be assigned based on your availability and the firm’s needs.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold an active license to practice law in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the State Bar.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is based on a percentage of collected billable hours. Attorneys have the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually, depending on caseload and availability.
